Our services
Done Your Deal arranges and provides auto and freight transport services as a licensed motor carrier (USDOT 7939591, MC-84352015). Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are subject to confirmation. Final pricing, pickup, and delivery timelines depend on route, equipment availability, and conditions outside our control.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate shipment, vehicle, and contact information
- Ensure the vehicle or cargo is available and accessible at pickup
- Remove personal belongings and disclose any non-running or modified conditions
SMS / text messaging terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in on one of our forms, you agree to receive automated or conversational SMS/MMS messages from Done Your Deal Inc regarding your quote, shipment, and customer support.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (839) 207-6032.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Insurance & liability
Vehicles and cargo are covered by carrier insurance during transport in accordance with applicable regulations. Our liability is limited to the terms of the applicable transport agreement and bill of lading. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, acts of nature, or items left inside a vehicle.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms are described in your booking confirmation. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change so we can adjust scheduling.
Intellectual property
All content on doneyourdeal.us, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Done Your Deal Inc and may not be used without permission.
Changes to these Terms
